 Education Ministry pushes for AI-led teaching and learning at all levels by next academic year



Nationwide AI Integration Plan Announced

The Education Ministry has officially announced a structured plan to incorporate AI-powered tools in schools, colleges, and universities. The initiative will focus on smart classrooms, adaptive learning platforms, automated assessments, and AI-driven academic analytics. Officials stated that the phased implementation will begin with pilot programs before expanding nationwide. The ministry emphasized that AI adoption is not a replacement for teachers but a supportive tool to enhance instructional efficiency and student engagement.
 
Teacher Training and Capacity Building

Recognizing that successful implementation depends on educators, the ministry has prioritized large-scale teacher training programs. Workshops, online certification courses, and AI literacy modules will be introduced to equip teachers with the necessary skills.
